What are my risks of getting infected and/or passing it to others?

I had an encounter with a prostitute. SHe sucked my penis and I also licked her clit without realizing that I had mouth sore beside my last molar. (Did not notice it 2 hours after the encounter) I also tried to insert my penis into her vagina but I was not able to because I felt guilty. So only the tip of my penis touched the opening of her vagina.

I got really worried so I went to the clinic and took PEP 22 hours after the incident. They test me, and it came out negative that day. On my 21st day of PEP my wife and I tried to make love. However, I was not able to penetrate her because I was worried that I might pass her the virus if I ever I have it. So only the head of my penis got inside for few seconds. I am not sure if I had precum.

What are the chances that I got infected? What are the chances that my wife got infected?

Please help. I am really worried.

PS. That was my very first encounter with a prostitute and did not try again.

Thank you in advance

You should not have taken PEP and the doctor who prescribed it should learn about HIV.
HIV is inactivated in saliva and air which means it can't infect from oral. So those are 2 reasons you had zero risk. Double zero risk. No one in 40 years of history got HIV from oral.

So
rry if i am being persistent, just want to clarify one thing. Oral is safe even if i had mouth sore at the back of my mouth?  thank you for understanding.
The doctor said he does not recommend PEP. but I insisted. I was so worried

He is a terrible doc to give it to you as a placebo and should be reported.
Kindly reread every sentence of my \advice repeatedly until it is clear, rather than rephrasing your question for no useful purpose.
Thank you very much for your help. I feel better now...
I hope you can get back to your happy life now.
