High Anxiety about HIV Transmission

I asked this question a few years ago in an STD forum but still worry about it and wanted to confirm that I am not at risk for HIV.

I received a non-sexual massage.

The therapist performed a deep tissue massage and while I was laying on my stomach and the therapist worked on my upper thighs and buttocks she slid her hand up my inner thigh, between my butt checks and across my anus area in a quick sweeping like motion. This occurred a few times during the massage. There was no other unusual contact or any sexual contact.

I suffer from a chronic rash in the area around my anus and sometimes have a spotting of blood in that area if I clean to aggressively.

I have visited a Dr. who didn't believe there was any risk or correlation, and took a Oraquick saliva test which was negative but i tend to worry a lot and obsess.

Everything I have read says I am at no risk but I would like confirmation, even if just to sooth my angst to know if I am at no risk from this.

Thank you

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

You can't get HIV or any STDs from hand or fingers EVEN IF the hand or finger has fluid on it, or if you have bleeding cuts. Hands do not transmit HIV/STDs.
There is no detail you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.
