High risk exposure

Hello guys ia hope you are all safe and OK .I am very scared and need your help so I hope u have time to reed all my case . 1st I am 34 married. I work in unoted Arab Emirates Dubai . 1 night I went very very drunk with friends ended the night with a disaster I had unprotected sex with 2 very active and cheap csws.the first girl is unknown nationality and she was a visit visa that means it is not tested for hiv to get into country .it was anal sex for about two min unprotected. After 2 hours other girl came I was still drunk and don't know what I am doing she was African also with no visa and unknown hiv condition this time it was vaginal long insertive sex ended with her fluids on me. I really regret all that miserable night which turned my life to hell. Any way I had these tests
1. Pcr hiv1 hiv2 hcv and hbv in 12 days post exposure and it was negative
2. Duo combo blood test ab/ag after 21 and 29 days negative

I have something under my right arm bit a little round but with no pain started after 3 weeks post exposure and still have it . Also in the same time I had some little genital warts appeared and done with laser surgery and now it is clear
Excuse me for my long explanation but u all know how it feels if you are in such a risk because of a stupid night .
My question is my tests exclusive And do I need any other further tests?
Thanks guys for your support you really doing me a favour for answering .

Hi - you have had conclusive negative tests.  If you want to take another for peace of mind, then you can.  It will be negative.  If it's too much trouble to take another test, then I suggest accepting your negative result and moving on.

Your negative PCR test and duo test is 100 percent proof you do not have HIV. I just would say do another duo because of the high risk and peace of mind.

putting in consideration that , it is not easy here to get hiv test because i am considered as a a non native person here and in case of infection the lab have to tell immediately the health authority about the infection and then they push you out of the country , that is why i find it very heavy and unsafe to go tested here although did it 3 times but it wasn't easy at all.

thanks brother for your instant reply , so you mean that it was realy high risk exposure and need another test ? and let me ask what if i didn't make any other tests and came back to my wife in unprotected sex  , would you consider that a stupid decision ??

You did have a big risk. However, your 29 day duo test is conclusive and definitive which has been stated by HIV Experts and the CDC regarding 4th gen tests. However due to the very high risk personally I would take another test at 6 weeks for reassurance.
