I had protected vaginal sex with a sex worker on May 12 2013, she gave me unprotected oral sex before vaginal sex, while having sex i noticed that the condom was slipping so i have withdrawn my penis and checked the condom it was intact but still i tried to pull it upwards to the base but accidentally it got torn while pulling up and immediately i used a new condom and continued sex with her, after the act i noticed that the second condom rolled down to the tip of my penis but was covering the urethra and immediately i washed my genetials with soap after this act. After 5 weeks of exposure i had a binge drinking session and ended up with vomiting and was out of senses, the next day i suffered from severe weakness that i never felt before and unusual bowel moments (not diarrhea) with a tightened neck, i went to see a doctor he examined me and said its due to alcohol and to my anxiety. I asked him to check for swollen lymphnodes in neck , he said i don't have any swollen glands. After two days i suffered from mild diarrhea which got cured with meds and in 6th week i suffered from runny nose and sneezing and when i took meds it went away in a week. During 7th week after having some spicy food for lunch i immediately got looses bowel moments again and faced this for 6 consecutive weeks with severe nausea and tiredness and still i am having very soft stools that are dispersed in water not exactly diarrhea but very soft stools at least twice a day. Every time i drink alcohol i am suffering from stiff neck with a feeling of pain in neck lymph nodes which i never experienced before and this feeling goes away if i stop drinking for next 2 days . Can any of my symptoms be related to ARS and can ARS last this long? I did not have any other symptoms like night sweats, lymphnodes swelling in other parts of the body and i dint have fever and night sweats but due to my anxiety i am not able to eat food and not able to concentrate on anything , now 2 months have passed away and i am out of country and afraid to get diagnosed as i will be kicked out from this country if i am diagnosed with hiv and i cannot continue my studies here. Can the breaking up of 1st condom outside the vagina passed fluids in to my penis what are my chances of getting hiv?
Test is conclusive relax but anyway I don't see a risk but your anxiety can trick your mind.

Dear Teak. I went for Hiv test today ( after 3 months post exposure) in my country. They have performed ECLIA HIV Test for HIv 1 and 2 antibodies and the test came non reactive with a value of 0.05. Do i need to retest again after 6 months post exposure? or can i consider this as a conclusive test. Do i need to take any other tests in the mean time. Thank you very much for your kind help.
