need some advice please

hello,
I am a 26 year old gay male. I have hpv in my rectum, but has been controlled for the past year or so. I have had two encounters in December where I met with two guys, one that I had met before. Before these two encounter, I had a hiv neg result confirmed by a rapid test and rna.

The first encounter, I had lots of frottage play with his penis on my rectum and he fingered me with having lots of precum near my rectum. His penis never went inside of me without a condom. He just placed it on my hole and his penis was rubbing against it, but never went in. This happened early.mid November

My second encounter was a jack off session where the other guy had lots of precum/cum on his hands and then touched the head of my uncut penis. This happened on dec 24.

last week I had a sore throat for a couple of days, then a runny nose with a little cough. this lasted for about 1 week. I now have this rash on the side of  my neck which is red and has been there for about 1 week. it doesn't really itch and is not super red. I went in for an hiv test on the 15th of jan (rapid) which came back neg.

I might be freaking out too much, but I just want reassurance. I have scheduled a dermatologist apt on Friday. I am pretty knowledgeable about hiv and know it must happen inside the body but just want confirmation. thank you

In the entire US, probably nobody with sexual exposures like yours has caught HIV in the past 10 years. Just a guess, but it's that rare.

what incidents count as rarely?

It sounds like you are having only safe sex. Without anal sex, HIV is rarely if ever transmitted, so for sure no need to worry about the two encounters described.
