Hiv Risk from years of visiting Escorts

over the last 6 years I have had sex with shemales escorts around 2 times per year. All anal sex was with a condom andostley I was top last time bottom was 2018 and I really cannot remember a condom breakage. Every visit involved oral both ways without condom and I do see this is a no risk, the escorts seem to think so.

I left my previous partner in France over a year ago and moved back to the UK and since have found a new partner and we have unprotected sex. lately she has had a sore throat for over 3 weeks I am worried I have given her HIV.

When I think about shemale sex workers would they not be more careful than most when it comes to their sexual health?

Condom breaks are obvious, so you almost certainly would have noticed. Instead of asking about your partner's symptoms, which aren't specific to HIV at all, you should just test and know your status for sure.

Ok I guess it would be obvious if a condom broke. So assuming no breaks in condom whilst engaged in anal sex and BJ both ways do I have a risk. Also sore throat is not specific to HIV at all?
To follow up. No, you didn't have a risk. Oral sex does not transmit hiv in the real world due to saliva and air inactivating the virus and yes, you'd know if a condom broke.  Only the head of your penis needs to be covered as well.  No reason to suspect your partner's sore throat has anything to do with hiv.  Every day  viruses, acid reflux  and allergies and all sorts of things cause a sore throat.
