Hiv Risk Washing with water

i had a recent sex with a sex-worker.After that vaginal intercourse (the condom was OK),I removed the condom. Then,I washed my hand first with water and then my penis with weak water flow. Did I have any risk of inflection during washing because the virus could have been on the base of my penis or on my hand and the weak water flow push the virus into my head of penis.and i saw internet that washing penis immediately after sex increasing HIV risk? is it true? please answer me.

No, you did everything right and did not have a risk. Good job using a condom.
