scared of hiv

Hi, I am very very scared of hiv now.
I am addicted to drink and sex, last month September i had many times sexual intercourse with many sex worker, but I remember that all my sexual action was protected sex; yet I was not sure if it is always safe or not( because i am not sure that i use condom correctly and the condom had a problem or not).
32 days later, I experience rashes a few points on my body (it is itching me), and swollen lymph node, night sweet, little headache, but no high fever.
Am i at risk of HIV?

Latex condoms, when used consistently and correctly, are highly effective in preventing the sexual transmission of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. In addition, consistent and correct use of latex condoms reduces the risk of other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including diseases transmitted by genital secretions, and to a lesser degree, genital ulcer diseases. Condom use may reduce the risk for genital human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and HPV-associated diseases, e.g., genital warts and cervical cancer.
Laboratory studies have demonstrated that latex condoms provide an essentially impermeable barrier to particles the size of STD pathogens.
