Hiv blood exposure risk please answer

Hi,

So I was drunk and went to a hotel where there were 2 prostitutes. I began having vaginal intercourse with one of them with a condom on and with my boxers on as well (I heard keeping boxers on reduces the risk of catching any STDS). One of the prostitutes got off on me (she was on top) and then took the condom off and began jerking me off with the other prostitute until I finished. I put my pants on and went home. When I went home I noticed there was period blood ALL Over my boxers (outside and inside). I am sure my urethra touched this period blood/vaginal secreations. Literally, my boxers were covered in blood/brown stuff. When the prostitute was jerking me off I also had my boxers on with the period blood on it (it was dark so we didn't notice). If infact blood/secretions got on my urethra from my boxers, does that pose me as a risk of being infected with HIV? Also, I am uncircumsized (I heard that increases my risk)

More info: A few days later, my urethra was a bit swollen and I had to frequently urinate which I'm guessing was a urinary tract infection or something, (really hoping that its not HIV). 2 and a half weeks later, developed sore throat, fatigue, and feeling sick.

Please assess my risk as I am worried.

While I was being jerked off with my boxers on after the intercourse, blood from the boxers could have gotten on her hand and while she was jerking me off (Im uncircumsized) the blood could have been penerated beneath my fore skin or into my urethra. Doesn't that imply a positive risk?

The transmission of the HIV virus requires penetration. The transmission needs to take place inside the body . What you describe is superficial exposure . Your event cannot lead to infection regardless of amount of blood.

I understand that while the condom was on I was safe but due to the fact I kept my boxers on during sex, What about the risk from the blood that got on my boxers (there was a lot) and my urethra rubbing on the blood when I put my pants back on and went home? Is that blood infectious if it touched the tip of my urethra?

If your penetrative sex was condom protected then you had no risk. Blood or no blood.
