Do the first symptoms have to be simultaneous

Hi, do the initial symptoms of sore throat, fever, rash need to be simultaneous or can only be one of them for any indication of exposure. Have severe sore throat but no fever or rash.

since you never had an exposure...all you have is a NORMAL SORE THROAT...nothing more.  don't try and connect this to hiv...it's NOT related.
