Hiv from half condom slipped

I am gay. I met guy in darkroom im gay theater. I told him no penetrative sex.I put a condom and ****** in his legs from back below the anus above thighs.we both were standing he was bent.
This went for some 2 min. then i realised my condom half sliped only the head was covered.
Now i am scared what if by mistake my penis touch his anal or went inside.
Please help me. I never did anal sex for 4 years due to phobia of hiv.
Last question as i never did penetrative sex is there is a difference that i could have made out if my penis would have went inside his anus??
Sorry for my stupidity.
But please answer.
Should i take PEP?

Only the head needs protection and you said in the beginning it was protected so that would mean zero risk. If zero risk then you don't need PEp and you don't need to test.

Hi thanks for the answer.
Today i develope body pain and feverish feeling. R u sure i no need to take PEP.
today 48h over.  Very scared.  i even checked the condom leakage by filling water and it was intact. But scared due to condom half slip during the episode.
Please help
Your body pain has nothing to do with the disease you are trying to link it to. Likely it is in your imagination from fear.
If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters so messy water tests are a waste of time, just like PEP would be.
