Needle question
Hello was walking downtown on Monday and saw a syringe/needle on the ground. I'm not sure if I stepped on it with my shoes on or not. Now I'm freaking out about possible hiv if I did. Do you think I would know if I did step on it? Would I know? Could I get his through my shoe ? Am I just being totally paranoid??

You would absolutely know. But deep down you know that don't you? This is your anxiety messing with you. Think about it. A needle hurts, especially when going on your foot.
