Is pcr dna test accurate?

I had an intercourse with a female friend, and i used a condom. I did a pcr hiv test after 14 days from that event. The test came out negative. Now I am planning to marry and I am worried about any possibility of that result being false, and in the same time feel reluctant to go for another test, because I am afriad of losing my fiancee and my close friends.  My religion is very strict about sex between unmarried partners, and that's contributing to my problem. I am deeply worried and cannot disclose this issue to my family and friends.
I really need your help.
Thank you.

As long as your test was done 3 months post exposure it is conclusive.

PCR-DNA tests are not approved for diagnostic use.
