Suspected malicious infection

Yesterday afternoon,  a man's package hit my hand  at the door of the subway car ,I felt a little pain , was not too much attention, but I found a puncture on my thumb in the evening .I suspected of being infected maliciously ! I suspect that he put a syringe in his bag and then exposed the tip of the needle.
(1)I would like to ask the possibility of infection with HIV
(2) inform the reason.

There was no needle and you're panicking over a non issue. If you can't accept the fact that you were never at risk from this scenario that you just made up in your mind then you need to seek therapy to work out your irrational HIV phobia.

This is not a realistic scenario.  NO ONE is carrying around syringes filled with HIV blood, injecting people and trying to infect them.  This is urban legend.  If someone had injected you, you would have KNOWN it for sure.  You do not have any risk for HIV.

If you continue to be afraid of unrealistic events, you should seek therapy to help you cope with these fears.
I am afraid of the virus in the hollow needld, because there is no air and the virus will be contagious for a long time. Even without injecting blood into the body.
