Why are doctors unable to give FB? THAT is who you need to be working with. Preferably an ID doc familiar with HIV. Where you're at, there should be plenty of docs working to treat HIV patients.
You cannot even consider the "take home" test, because like Teak said, those are not designed for in home use, so take that out of the equation completely. That's not a valid test result at all.
Go to a doctor and try to sort this out. Without knowing your EXACT results on the first tests (rapids) that were positive, it's impossible to say what's going on.
Plus, the way you describe your testing is very confusing:
"i tested 2 months with rapid test tridot it was negitive again tested with determine strip, which i brought from the clinic and i used to check my self it showned positive, same day again checked in doctors clinic it showed positive, again went to other clinic it showed negitive. "
So, you had a tridot rapid in a clinic that was negative, did the determine at home which was + (that's not valid, ignore that completely based on my earlier comments), then that same day you went to two clinics, one tested - and one +? Is that right? You're really confusing the issue by taking all of these tests, and going to different clinics.
I don't think you can exclude HIV infection at this point, especially considering the risk you had, but you still don't have enough proof to confirm it either. Go to ONE doctor or clinic and work with them to get a definitive answer. You can always post on our expert forum and ask our docs about your situation. There is fee to post, but you may find it very helpful:

Good luck!
