Hiv infection or No need to worry

I had unprotected sex with a women for three months also had anal briefly for 5 mins a week or two before the three months I got tested for HIV 1 and 2 it came back negative but we had sex up until the end of the three months. I am 100% sure during our three months she was only with me is it still possible I could have HIV since at the end we still had sex and that's out of the window period or due to the fact that its harder for a man to get HIV I got it later on?

If you had sex on mm/dd/yy then get tested after (mm+3months)/dd//yy to get conclusive result :)
