Hello..can get infected from wearing someone's pants if some blood or semen on it. can virus pass through my underwear to penis urethra.can get infected from wearing someone's pants if some blood or semen on it. can virus pass through my underwear to penis urethra.

You had ZERO risk of contracting HIV by wearing someone else's clothing. By the time you put the clothes on, the virus (if it was even present) would have been exposed to air and temperature changes and rendered inactive. (unable to infect)
