Please give me a answer i feel like i want to end my life

Hi iam so scared right now i sleept with a man 3 weeks ago but whith condom on after he finesh everything was ok after he put his underwear on but after 20 min more or less we had sex again but when i was putting a new condom i think the out part off the condom touched his penis and we had sex iam scared now mabye because i got hiv from him and i took him to make hiv test the quick test he was negative but i dont know when was the last time he had sex he told me 3 months ago but i dont belive him  and when he came i was sitting on top of him but his penis was not inside he try to put on but he didnt not because the condom fell off but if only his penis with sperm on it touched my vagina am i in risk for hiv
In those to scenarios am i in risk ?
I am sorry for posting this question here but hiv forum does not allowed new questions so please someone answer this please i am freaking out

There was no risk involved. You used a condom for intercourse and that ensured your safety.

Also your contemplation of risk with the outer part of the condom touching your partner's penis was certainly not a risk, the virus is inhibited the moment it comes in contact with the environment.

Penis touching vagina is not a risk as there was no penetration.

You even got him tested and he  fared a negative. I suggest you think rationally, you are exhibiting obsessive behavior. HIV shouldn't be your concern.
