small abrasion/cut on penis on after oral sex
Recently a sex worker gave me oral sex without a condom, it was rough and her teeth were constantly scraping my penis. Afterwards I noticed two tiny red abrasions on the shaft, I'm not sure if they were bleeding or not. Am I at risk of HIV?
Doesn't matter if there are cuts. HIV is inactivated in saliva and your activity is classified as saliva contact since there was no anal or vaginal penetration. Zero risk.
