Afraid of HIV and other STDs ! Please help

Hi, I am straight guy but due to my wish of trying once I met a guy through online and had oral sex with him protected with condom. I just had his dick in my mouth for jus 30 sec . I don't know about his HIV status and I got severe throat infection in next 24 hours and fever. I took erithromycin tablet, paracetamol and syrup for 3 days and I feel almost better now. But am so much worried that either I got any other STD or HIV ? My life became miserable and I hate what I did to my life. I m sure that I will not engage in such activities. Pls help me

Oral sex with a condom is no risk.

Good news, you have zero risk for HIV.

HIV is inactivated in saliva and air which means it can't infect from oral which includes kissing. So those are 2 reasons you had zero risk. Double zero risk.
No one in 40 years of history got HIV from oral.  Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc saliva and air do not allow inactivated virus to infect, so you had zero risk.

There is an std forum in communities where you can get std answers.

Thank you much for your kind reply ..U lost 2.5 kgs in this 3 days as well..I am worried so much bcz of early symptoms such as sore throat, fever and weight loss :(
Flu does the same thing to you so your doctor can figure what it is if you go in to do an std panel.
