The experts who used to post here have not seen 1 confirmed hiv infection from oral sex.
Virtually everyone will test positive for hiv by 6 weeks and that includes rapid blood tests.

Work with your Dr to deal with the STD you confirmed receiving.

You can only have hiv symptoms if you actually have hiv.
You can not be diagnosed in a forum.
If your experiencing something continue to work with your Dr.
Oral sex has been described by the experts as a theoretical risk, or a perfect storm scenario at best. Others would say you had absolutely no risk for hiv.
So from their perspective you are hiv negative.
Your 6 wk test would most likely have been positive if your symptoms were caused by hiv.
Look at the timeline next to my name.

Oral sex carries a risk for hepatitis so you should be checked for this if I were you.
Not saying thats your issue, saying you did expose yourself to other STDs or STIs and you should have a thorough STD panel done being you are feeling unwell.

All those aches might just be due to tensing up with fear, which makes a vicious circle as the more you tense the more sore you will feel which makes you more anxious. Are you sure you never had these aches before, and just ignored them since you didn't think you were dying?
The fact the hotness disappeared and "i feel like fever but the body is normal.." makes me question if it is just the result of fear of death making you perspire.
