Vaginal bleeding during sex

Hi,
I'm new to this forum and had a scareful exposure.
Had sex with a sex worker in the U.S. During sex she started to bleed all over condom.  I freaked out immediately and pulled of the condom . I forgot to wipe blood of before pulling off so it could have gotten on my base, tip of penis, or urethra.

1) do I need HIV testing
2) does blood on outside of condom pose a risk as it might have gotten on urethra
3) if so what is my risk

Thanks teak. One more question.  Why does blood on outside of condom not have any risk. Is it because it's outside the body?

You never had an exposure, that's what condoms are for.
