Hiv test conclusive?

Hello, I have a question regarding hiv testing , 3 years ago I had unprotected anal sex with a transgender female and I tested at 3 months by a blood test and it was negative and then at 3 years by a fingerprick rapid hiv test and it was also negative .. now my question is if I would of Caught hepatitis c or b from this same exposure would that affect my hiv test? Making  the antibodies take longer to show up on hiv test or somenthing ? Or am I conclusive hiv negative ?

iommi ,my 3 month hiv test would of been enough to consider my self hiv negative ? It's just that I don't have that much trust on a rapid test then a lab test
