different symptoms...HIV related?

I know I've had posted the whole story earlier without much feedback, but I was wondering if i could get some idea on the following symptoms which started around 2 weeks after my unprotected intercourse with a girl i've met at the bar (its been 3 weeks now):

a Spider bite looking bump (itchy) on my pubic hair area (not on penis)

a redish area (not elevated) on the skin of the scrotum (top part attaching to the penis) about the size of a small button (itched for a day than stopped but still there)

About 3 days ago I felt fatigued and yesterday until currently I have cold symptoms (whats the different between cold and flu?) such as sneezing, running nose, and mild cough; kind of sore throat (but I smoke alot, so my throat didn't feel great in the first place)

Mild diarrhea also for the past 2 days (stopped now)

No rash (or my understanding of rashes) or swollen lymph nodes as I can tell

Don't know if all this adds up to anything....really worried, please help!

Thanks

We generally don't give feedback on symptoms, other than to tell people that they are useless in determining HIV status. Beyond that there is not much more to say about them, other than to comment that nothing that you described evenly remotely resembles symptoms of acute HIV infection.

If you test at 6 weeks, a negative result will give you a good indication of what your final 3 month test result will be. Testing at the appropriate time(s) are the only way you will figure out your status.
