Hiv worries please help.

Hi im very worried about hiv transmission to my partner or my son. 2 months ago we were arguing etc and we fell out. A male friend of mine was a shoulder to cry on and we ended up kissing with a little tongue involved for maybe 30secs on 2 seperate occasions within a 2wk period. Anyway me and my partner sorted things out and we are really happy. However i cant help thinking i have hiv from kissing and could pass it on to my partner or my son. Friend assures me hes negative but he has had loads of girlfriends so not sure i believe him. I had a rapid hiv test done privately 27days from the last kiss probably 40days since the 1st. It was negative. I then had a full screen done in health clinic about 4 days after that test also negative. I have never slept with anyone else but my partner since our relationship began 18months ago and he hasnt either. We both tested negative at the start of our relationship. Is there any risk? I cant have sex with him just incase i pass it on and its ruining our relationship.

You had zero risk so you don't need to test.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect outside the body, otherwise all of America would be infected from touching or kissing the wrong person. So those are 2 reasons you had zero risk. Double zero risk. Even oral sex is not a risk because of this and it doesn't matter if you and someone else are bleeding at the time and blood drips when you kiss because it is effectively dead.

Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with. Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc saliva and air do not allow inactivated virus to infect from kissing. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make it a risk.
