Spoon Risk

I was in canteen this afternoon, i was next to a hiv positive man in line, he got his spoon in the stainless container and i got my spoon in same container, i double check my hands and i had a wound fresh in my hands that  i used to get the spoon, there is a possibilities the man have a fresh blood that goes to spoon and goes to my wounds, there is a possibilities that hiv virus can transmit in my case? There is a chance to transmit in environment surfaces?  If there is a blood from man and goes to spoon and i accidentally touch that blood and goes to my wound  (fresh) , there is a posibilities that i will get the hiv virus?

The answer to all of your questions is NO. HIV is not able to spread on surfaces and not able to infect outside a living host.

EVEN IF there was blood all over the spoon and you touched it or picked it up with your hand that had the scratch on it, that still would NOT be a risk.

HIV can ONLY be spread by unprotected penetrative anal/vaginal sex, sharing drug needles and from mother to child. Nothing you have posted here is any risk for HIV. And you do not need any testing.
