Hi, condoms are made very thin and hence it acts like another layer of artificial skin. Its protective structure of closing end makes the penis feel it is encapsulated in a covering. When penetration occurs, the force makes you feel that your penis is encapsulated as the skin becomes more sensitive due to the gush of blood flow in the veins. Hence, when condom ruptures, its torn and the thrust following that exposes the penis freely without encapsulation. All this is naturally felt by the person who wears the condom. Basic checks you can do after you finishing the act is,
1) Check any tears while rolling down the condom.
2) Never pull the condom harshly when its still on the unflacid penis as a tear caused due to this will generate unwanted anxiety.
I hope this helps.
I agree with Vance and the others. When a condom fails it fails big time. You will notice so there is no need to do water tests etc.
Read the response Vance gave. THERE is the answer you were desperately looking for.
Vance gave you the answer to your question. Everybody else here is going to give you the SAME answer!
WHEN A CONDOM BREAKS YOU WILL KNOW IT THE INSTANT IT HAPPENS!
You were asking for "general knowledge" and now you have "SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE!"

As per my research ,
Condoms if they fail burst wide open, so little holes are not possible.
You don't have anything to worry about.
Someone correct me if i am wrong!
