How did I get HIV from my exposure?
Hand to Genital contact from Massage Parlor girl to me. She provided hand job with her vaginal and mouth fluids. Next day started having UTI problem. Then few weeks later have lymph nodes and general fever with rash. I'm scared to be tested.
How come I end up getting HIV from such a no risk exposure? Did something happen during my visit?

There are no reported cases of transmission for a handjob. The virus would have been deactivated in her fluids, so no risk of transmission. You should get tested for other STDs.
I would not be concern, but the UTI makes me concern, because if i can have UTI then HIV can attach to the bacteria and travel upwards through Urethra.
