tested negative at 42nd day with 4th gen duo test but r

Hey experts i got tested negative at 42nd day.. i took hiv 4th generation combo test for antibodys plus antigens it came out negative..how is the accuracy of this test after 6 weeks?main prob is that from more than 4 weeks i am getting muscle and joint pains all over..that are constant throughout the day :(this thing is worrying me

Protected vaginal sex with a street prostitute..m not sure whether condom broke or not..mine condom was also expired which was there with me from 1 year..and was very thin extradotted flavoured condom..am not sure whether this condom was effective against stds or was just for oral sex...:(i have got all kindo symptoms plus abnormal cbcs..but main concern is my muscular and joint pain from more than 4 weeks..it is 24 hours constant..are arthritic pain common with hiv infection?and my 4th gen duo test at 42 days is how much good enough?

If my muscle and joint pain would be related to hiv then my test would be positive at 6 weeks right?and have u heard people getting arthritis because of hiv infection or due to any std?

I don't think so. Muscle and joint pain is so common in many other diseases.

Then what must be the reason for constant muscle and joint pain in all parts of my body?they are constant from more than 4 weeks..and taking into.consideration my negative duo test at 42 days,is my joint pain related to hiv?

Seems pretty good to me, almost conclusive. Take an antibody test at 12 weeks for confirmation.
