How does HIV virus get transmitted?

I read some of the response from the panel and come to conclusion that oral sex(receiving and giving) is not a HIV risk

My question is how does the virus get transmitted from individual A to individual B during unprotected vaginal and anal sex?

1. Did it happen when A ejaculated into B hence transmission?
2. The seminal fluid/ vaginal fluid come into contact with the penis/vagina?

Both are the only scenario that I could think of.
Your advise is greatly appreciated

Thanks

HIV can be spread:

Unprotected vaginal/anal sex (vaginal secretion or pre-cum contains HIV virus and spread across while having sex not mandatory to ejaculate for being infected)

IV drug needle sharing

Mother to child.

By the way why you required this information, is there any exposure?

No exposure.
I was in a car park waiting for my dad and I saw a bumper sticker " Spread the awareness, not the stigma". It was for a website that promote HIV and AIDS awareness- www.vir.us.

I comprehend the method it transmit as per mentioned by Teak and yourself but I can't understand how the virus get from A to B.

e.g. Flu -  A has flu, sneeze in front of B and B inhales... virus get into body this infected.

based on your reply, I assumed its the same as well... bodily fluid from A mixing with bodily fluid B hence exposure.
Correct?

Thanks
