How good are this results.

I'm a male, and i had sex with a guy on October, 20th, we used condoms all the time, by the end when I turned around and saw him with condom on his hand i got sacred.
I went to the hospital neztvdayvthe 21st and told the health representative what had happened, he told me that it looks like maybe i am over reacting he tested me that day "finger pinch tst" it was negative. Still i was very concerned, I contacted the guy who I had sex with and asked his status he said he got tested on August and that he is Negative, also the day of the sexual act I asked if he took the condom off he said no he didn't.
I got tested again at 6 weeks OraQuik it was negative, I was tested again at 7 weeks again OraQuik, on the street on of the LGBT, mobile testing it was also Negative. And at week 8th i got tested again at the hospital "Finger pich" and it was again Negative, nine week came and i got tested again just because I came across a mobile testing station in front of my school, OraQuik Negative again.

Can this be considered conclusive, or as a sing of good results

Being you are unsure if he removed the condom I'll approach your enquiry as if he did just to play it safe.
The oral quick you buy in the store should not be used till the 3 month mark or later being they are less sensitive to be considered conclusive.
Your 9 week, assuming blood antibody test, would be very unlikely to change. Being you are unsure about the condom retest at 3 months to satisfy CDC guidelines.
I'd expect a negative result IMO.

Thanks for your answer, I'm going for my 3 months test next month, also i have keep contact with the guy and he has told me that did not take the condom off, I think he did not I didn't feel or see him doing or trying to, it was more like when I turned around and he had it on his hand.
