How long is the 'Window period"?

How long is the 'Window period"?
I had High-risk sexual behavior in 2017.7.28. And i went to test in 2017.8.18.  It is negative.(ag/ab combine)  Am I 0 risk now?

I know it sound stupid, but i go for a hiv test at 29 days. The report state that HIV 1/2 AB/AG nonreactive by CMIA does it conclusive?

What was your risk and was it the same as your no risk activity that you posted in June?
