I am 19, and I sense that I have HIV.... What do i do now?

I had sex... with only 2 people in my life. i only became sexually active 4 months ago. Both men... and I were having anal sex (unprotected)... since the end of october. Now its january... and 3 weeks ago.. I had oral thrush... which i got medication for and it went away within 5 days.

I randomly went to the sex clinic.. and all STDs were negative...
I recieved a text saying im 100% clear... i went there the next day to confirm.. they told me the text was a mistake.

And my HIV status was equivocal.. with some reactive. I did some more tests blood tests that is... and now i get my result tomorrow.. but the doctor told me he thinks i have HIV.. and he is very sure.

How can i make sure my CD4 levels are high.. and my viral load is undetectable.. or very low
