I am freaking out about hiv results

Okay so i had unprotected sex (orally and vag) with a guy on april 9th of this year. he swears he didn't cum inside me and that he doesn't have any stds. I got tested 2 weeks later, the test came back negative. here it is 4 weeks later and i'm freaking out because I have a sore throats with an earache and today i woke up with the worse dizzt spells every time i got up and i still do have a yeast infection as well. and i heard that is a symptom for hiv. I am so scared that i can't stop crying. I went to get tested again today and I am really scared. I don't know what to do to calm my nerves. also my period could be coming, or i am ovulating idk. I took plan be 2 days after the unprotected sex. could this be the plan b affecting me? my period? my nerves? what? I made a stupid mistake and it's causing me to go insane. My body never felt like this before thought so I know something is wrong,

Being scared does not affect your results, so try not to think about it and to switch your mind every moment you do think about it.
It won't take long for results so try to stop worrying if you can. When did they say the results would be available? Someone wrote here today and said it was same day or next day for him.
they said 4-5 days. which is an enternity. i also talked to the guy i slept with and he swears up and down that he doesn't have anything and that he's going to get tested but only on his time. which shows me that he's lying about something.
No that proves nothing. For instance I could say it proves he thinks it is a waste of time because he doesn't have HIV so is in no hurry.
Try to switch your mind to anything but HIV whenever it pops up.
