I am worried about my symptoms

I know I had protected sex, I had no oral and you're all going to tell me that I had no risk solely because I used condom. But I also have reasons to worry that I might've been infected.

Tbh, we all don't know if the condom ever moved or slipped. Mild sore throat and fever don't worry me. But approximately 4 weeks after my potential exposure, I had a very bad sore throat and high fever (about 103). Actually I started to get sick several days before, but the it got worse at day 5. At 6th day afternoon, I went to hospital, I took antibiotics, and   the fever's gone afterwards although the sore throat was relieved but still present. So I think might it be coincidence that the fever's gone not because the antibiotics, but it's already the time for HIV ARS to disappear? Because it's been a while I haven't got fever and sore throat this bad and it occured 4 weeks after the potential exposure. Does HIV ARS usually start mild and get worse after few days like what I experienced?

Get tested if you are worried - nothing else will convince you (and you will probably doubt the result). Constantly seeking symptoms is not helpful or indeed conducive to your mental health. Whilst I'm typing this I have a headache and a sore leg- I do not think HIV. You need to start doing the same - people will get ill; part of life.

Listen to heroboy. No need to get tested, you had no risk.

Better get tested , Get a 4th Gen ( HIV Ag/Ab) test done at 28 days post exposure .

Yeah of course, if you didn't have sex in the last 4 weeks, you have no reason to worry. But my symptoms showed up 4 weeks after the exposure.

Hi alpha, thanks for the answer. What about the penis body? And what do you think about my symptoms?

Hi, you are mixing up things here. Its purely out of anxiety, when the condom slips its visible, when a condom breaks, its visible and felt. Do not let anxiety over rule your mind. You are fine. You would be at risk if you penetrate someone without a condom or a torn condom exposing your penis head while its inside the receptive organs.
