Possibility of HIV-Teak or any one with great knowledge

First off thanks for what you all do on this site.
I am married.  I slipped and had a short lived fling with a girl I met.  She gave me oral sex for about 30 seconds and I stopped her.  we then had protected sex.  This was Sept 8.  I have not been with her since then.  Well about 20 Oct, I caught a cold.  It went away in about a week, but the cough and fleem stayed for another week or two.  On 17 Nov I woke up with my eyes feeling a little tired.  I would get a little light headed throughout the day.  I called her after looking on line for symptoms and saw that HIV causes you to be tired.  She stated that she was a nurse and they get tested yearly.  Well, I started researching the symptoms for HIV.  After I researched them, my neck started feeling stiff on occasions, I started getting dry skin on my back.  I never received a sore throat, fever, swollen lymph nodes, night sweats or any of the other symptoms.  I did loose 3 pounds over 3 days, but have gained it all back with regular eating.

What worries me is that if she gave me the virus (which she say she doesn't have) i might have given it to my wife.  The reason I say this is because my wife has been yawning alot lately and say that she feels tired every once in a while.  I have watched her and she has not had any of the signs of the virus either.  She did miss her period for Nov and i read online that HIV infected people can miss their period.

My doctor said my glucose level is up and my blood pressure is high.

My questions are:
1.  Do you think it was possible for me to contract the virus (if she is lying) from 30 seconds of oral sex?

2.  Do women loose their period when initially infected

3.  Does HIV affect your glucose/blood pressure

4.  Could these symptoms and high blood pressure/glucose be from my anxiety?

Most days I feel good, but every once in a while i will feel tired and immediately go back to possibly having HIV on my mind.  It doesn't help me that since i asked the nurse, she does not answer any of my phone calls to get more info.

Teak, or anyone with strong knowledge, please give me answers because i am sweating bullets here.  I ordered the HIV test, but it is not here yet...

First off you did NOT have a risk. Second you don't find out in minutes from a Home Access. You have to poke your finger put a sample of your blood on the blotter then send it in and in a few days you'll call them and get the results, which will be negative because you didn't have a risk. As for your eyes see your eye doctor.

Teak, I know you have lived with HIV for 23 yrs now.  I just had another situation that I am concerned about.  I woke up this morning and had a white looking bubble on my eyeball.  I immediately thought of the "white cottonball" that you can get, but upon further research, apparently the white cottonball only occurs in the back of the eye.  Do you have any input to this from your experience/knowledge?  Also, could someone answer the questions above for me please.  It would be greatly appreciated.

Man, I can't wait till my test comes in.  The anxiety is killing me...I ordered the Home Access.  I hear it is pretty accurate and you find out in minutes.
