Fresh kiss, giving oral sex

yxy
Hi, these questions have been bothering me for long time, and the answers I googled are terrified, so I really really want to get a clear answer
1) Do people get hiv from French kiss? If there is blood inside mouth? Is there any real case reporting this?
2) I’ve heard that there are a couple cases that females got hiv from performing oral sex and all of them involved that the guys ejaculate inside their mouths, is this true?
3) and is protected sex 100% safe? The condom sometimes failed to prevent pregnancy, so it can protect from hiv 100%?

Someone please answer me, it’s been really bothering, thanks so much!

1) With blood or without, kissing is not a risk, as saliva inactivates the virus. There are no cases.
2)The risk is negligible, for the same reason as before.
3) If condoms don't break, they are 100% safe. Only if the break there is risk.

All the best.
