Concerned about Hiv depression stressed out Please help me

I keep having a annoying throat feeling it started when i had sex (protected) with prostitute dumbest thing ive done in my life! I was diagnosed with Pharygitis and got blood work done 3 days after the incident tested negative. but then it was 1 month that i had a dry cough still got really concerned so i got blood work again 2 month tested negative. Dry cough still was there just a Single dry cough . I asked my doctor why hasnt my dry cough went away he said it could be anything cause its change of whether so Got blood work again 3 month tested negative again. Those 3 months i was prescribed for amoxicillin doxy cycle . After the dry cough kinda went away (still there) ive been having the weirdest sensation uncomfortable feeling so went to the doctors and told me it was an ear infection and prescribe me with Penicillin vk so i was taking it then 3 days later at work i took after i ate felt super bloated and had a headache i end up having diarrhea and vomited afterwards. Today is 5 month since that incident these past days i have been really tired even after long sleep lots of body aches, itchyness, mouth ulcers headaches constantly and for some reason when i have a cut or a little cut i bleed quick! Please someone answer my question i need help im depressed because of what i got my self into It sucks because i have beautiful wife and our new born baby please help i dont want to get them sick and yes my girlfriend knows. I just turned 19 i need help please .

Dude, your symptoms means absolutely nothing, anxiety can cause millions of symptoms including the ones you name, you had protected sex, that means no HIV.

No risk from protected sex. Never go by symptoms and if you cant move on from this take a test for peace of mind at the right time and trust the result. If this was the only act your worried about it will be negative.
