I m scared of...pls help me out...
Hi...I am very sory to bother you.But I feel comfort to share my problem with you .please spare sometime to read it...clarify.
I had an un protected sex with my neighbour aunt on jun15th-07.She offered me a condom I wore it not properly in hurry as the room was dark.That was the first time for me I was very funk and anxious.,I could't penetrate properly and no erection was there.But Immediately after having partial sex I stopped and said some another day.
Immediately there was a burning sentation in my penis and in stomach also.After that there was some infection with my penis and no venum erection for 10 days.I consulted physician. Doctor told there is nothing to worry and given me Norfloxacin.After that It was okay, but after 15 days I got bitter throat with mild fever and few rashes used to come on hand for sometime(small pimple like spots with itch).
I consulted him again he given me "paracetemol with diclofenac sodium" and "ERITHROMYCIN"and said it is because of throat infection.I continued it for a week.
After that a week I got rashes of big size on back and also on thighs , itching was there and as I itch more those were like spreading through some area with continuous rashes sequently in circular shape and remained for 5 minutes and disappeared leaving few red spots with a pus around hair on thigh.When I touch these ,immediately when they occur I felt cold touch on rashes.
And I also observed dead skin in front of my downlegs.
Consulted physician again after 36 days of intercourse got tested for Hiv it was negative.Physician said It is because of fungal infection and given me a fungal antibiotic. and asked me to repeat the test after 2 months again to get confirm if required.
After that I am getting rashes(among some are very big up to 2-3cms in diameter) again back of my down legs and on thighs and back of trunk where there will be severe itching .These lasts for few minutes.I am getting bitter tongue and sore throat some times.,my heart beats are very fast and there is continuous slight shivering of body round the clock,even though I observed I am not anxious. If I walk stairs up to 2 floors then I can hear my heartbeat very clearly.
Now I got dead skin spreading back of my legs also., and on hands too it is forming.,on penis I observed it too forming.Sometimes there is yelloish urine and slight pain in penis.There are small tiny pimple like formations I observe on front part of my penis when I take covered skin back.
I have dry and sore throat smetimes even now.
now my questions are
1.why I am getting rashes continuously with itching and remaining for few minutes?
2.what is the reason for spreading of dead skin around legs and formation on arms and around penis too?
3.What is the reason for burning sentation on hands and some parts of body?
4.Why I am getting fast heart beats for small works (like walking to 2nd or3rd floor),walking for some distance.and also continuous shivering of the body?
Please help me out what to do and the reason for my symptoms.,I am really desperate and please clarify my problems.

okay as you know HIV is a fuzzy and hard to transmit virus and you said that you have been tested 36 days after your last sexual encounter and was negative.
1. you were protected so there is zero risk yoo contracted HIV
2. HIV Rash dont itch

Relax dude you have no HIV.
whate ever skin issues you have consult your doctor. but it is not HIV related since you were Protected from the start.
