donation won't affect seroconversion. But if he is trying to give infected his blood to blood banks, he will get the news if he is positive or not.As a matter of fact they will tell you that they were unable to use your blood and that you should go to your doctor for a blood test. They usually don't tell you what is wrong with your blood. lets pray that the screeners are as careful there as they are in the States. I suggest getting tested before donating.
My friend don't know nothing about english =(
But thank you for the help Teak!
By the way, I made two tests, 3.5 weeks neg, and 5 weeks neg. I'll do net when I reach 8 weeks, ans then the last one at 13 weeks. Thanks for the help!
What does this have to do with you when you said a friend did it? The answer is NO it will not delay seroconversion. Tell them the next time don't be stupid and donate blood if they have put themselves at risk.
I didn't do this, but a friend of mine did. Can you help me?
Why are you donating blood when you think you were infected? Not a very bright move now is it?
If a person donate blood in window period, the seroconversion process will delay?
