HIV is diagnosed through a blood test, not through signs and symptoms.

Since you had done the test after 13 weeks, your result is conclusive. You do not have HIV. You may wish to visit a doctor to assess the cause of the problem.

The only way you are going to know is to get examined for STD's, including HIV.
