I was wondering

I'm a 28 year old gay male, 12 weeks ago I was at a bath house and I was under the influence of drugs and alcohol, I let three men ejackulate in my anus, these men were total strangers and it remember the one saying something about having hiv afterwards, I have been a mess and I went to the drs afterwards and was diagnosed with gonnorhea and chlamydia, I recieved a shot and some pills for treatment, about three weeks after I came down with a fever and a sore throat for about 10 days,  it has been 12 weeks and I took and oraquick test today, I  woke up diddnt brush my teeth or anything, followed the directions very carefully, and my result was negative, can I trust this result?

The Oraquick is as accurate as any other AB test if taken after 12 weeks.
