IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I MAY HAVE HIV? OR ANY OTHER STD?

14 weeks ago today i had a possible exposure to HIV.  Now i have a rash that i first felt on the back of my neck.  The rash started two days ago and its mostly all over my legs, but still itchy on my neck and arms/hands.  The rash is very itchy and consists of very small bumps that can't be seen unless looked at carefully.  I am also African American so I'm not sure if I only cannot see the bumps because of my color.  Yesterday, Saturday, I slept most of the day, didn't eat anything, and had diarrhea.  Is it possible that I can get only this symptom 14 weeks after the exposure?  Most say that the latest ARS symptoms end around 6 weeks.  Is it possible that can have a rash due to HIV 14 weeks after exposure?  How long does ARS typically last?  What other std's cause body rashes?

I just wonder that all of you getting mouth and tongue burning are women or men also. I am asking this as many say burrning mouth and tongue only affect women not men. SO, I just want to know.

Thanks very much and your answer is highly appreciated.

does hiv rash have to be visible?  i know i have dark skin but apparently in dark skin the rash should appear purple or dark brown/black but my rash is barely even red.  you cant even see it unless you look closely.  Is this typical for hiv rash to not only be that visible but not at all painful? just itchy bumps?

yes i had unprotected anal sex 14 weeks ago.
i have had NO symptoms until now. so fevers, enlarged lymph nodes, oral sores or thrush, nothing other than this rash/diarrhea and fatigue.
but ive never had skin problems so im worried. but should i be worried?
do rashes typically come with diarrhea and fatigue?

if you have tested at 3 months...you can trust your result to be RELIABLE and CONCLUSIVE.

if you had unprotected intercourse or shared iv drug works and have not tested yet...you can do so now.
