I'm so worried and scared

I had an affair. There was protect vaginal sex and unprotected oral. He fingered me as he was trying to make me squirt. He barely could get hard and stay hard so sex was about 5 mins (I could be exaggerating but it honestly it wasn't long at all because he went soft). Because he couldn't stay hard he took the condom off and when he got it back up, he put it back on. He performed oral on me..he stimulated my clit by biting (it wasn't hard so I was ok), then all of a sudden a feel a harder biting sensation and I completely told him to stop. I noticed my clit was a little red and bigger. The next day the pain went away. Approximately five days later, I experienced swollen glands (they weren't visble) in neck and groin in addition to a pain in my left shoulder. I also had white spots in tonsils and dry throat. I had recently finished getting my hair braided the day before which I attributed to the glands in my neck as my hair was a little tight. Then I realized there was some on both sides and headed for the er.

I went to the emergency room because started freaking out because my groin area was hurting. The doctor said I had lymphadenopathy and of course by this time I panicked even more as he said it may have been cause by an infection (bacteria or virus). My first thought was the worst thought HIV. The next morning I got up and went and got tested for std because the doctor only ran a mono test that can back negative. I got tested for HIV and syphilis (six days after the encounter) which came back negative two days later. The same day my results came back (which by this time would be eight days later) I felt feverish with no fever. I monitored my temperature every thirty minutes as I was that paranoid. I also felt cold and had a pain in my thigh area. So I went back to the er and they ran more test, a culture and a ultrasound on my ovaries. Doctor said I had a lot of discharge with no smell. So she prescribed antibiotics with a shot. The next day pain subsided and glands got even smaller. My ultrasound was normal, though doc said I had fluid near ovaries and said its not abnormal for woman to have fluid especially near cycle. I am suppose to start this week) and still waiting for gon/chly test. I was prescribed more antibiotics to take.

So these are all the symptoms I've experienced/am experiencing:
The swollen glands
Feeling feverish-no temp just really warm even in cold house
Pain in left thigh
Itchy eyes
Spots on tonsils- with no sore throat
Dry mouth
Feeling cold even while feeling hot
Sweaty palms and feet
White tongue
Anxiety Attacks/Panic/Guilt
Lost weight because I eat close to nothing
(I should mention that I've always had a problem with not eating. So this situation has only made it worse)
Diarrhea (I'm on antibiotics) that has changed in consistency from mushy yellow to pudding-like dark green.

*So after all of this happened, I talked to the guy.The guy says he is clean and got tested at the beginning of the month, got defensive because I kept asking questions (which I thought was weird). He says I'm trying to blame him or falsely accuse him of something, I felt that I was just asking a question. I asked him a lot of the same questions before we had sex).
*My mom is living with HIV and has been for many years. She has been my rock throughout this situation and assures me that it's not that and that I'm making myself sick by constantly stressing and worrying. I have had two doctors and nurse tell me that those symptoms would not show that quick.

I am waiting to get tested again but can't sit still or think straight because I've put my self in a situation that I wasn't ready for.
I am scared, hurt, I cry everyday, I just started getting out the bed because I have school and have to do work, I am stressed and still feel overly warm. I don't know what else to do.
I'm am not looking to be chastised..just need advice. Please.

Whatever it is, it's not HIV.

It was protected. I'm paranoid because all of sudden I'm experiencing a lot of symptoms and pain. My throat burns and left side of shoulder and neck is sore.

If you had protected sex. You should be fine. But if yiu had unprotected sex please get screened at the appropriate time.
