Question..

My exposure was protected vaginal, I then took off the condom, had unprotected oral, then used to same condom but have good reason to believe i put it back on inside out. The condom was like "blown up" from the air inside, i struggled to get it on but managed but itw as still full of air, I tried to insert it but it hardly worked and I removed it about 1 1/2 minutes after. I then found a new condom and continued having protected vaginal sex. I met the woman in a bar, didnt know her, she insisted I use a condom which I was going to do anyway and I found this reassuring, she also told me afterwards she was tested 4 months prior and had a clean result..
Then
Tested negative at 4 weeks 5-6 days..
Question
How many people test negative at 4 week and 5-6 days, who then go on to test positive due to the same incident??????

You guys have no idea the ease in anxiety I'm getting from your responses on here, dont think your words arent important at all, you could be saving someones life in some way or another.

none that used a condom.  from what I know, condom protected incident whether it be  used or not, with someone who you do not know to be infected, and no ARS illness which is not a headache or just diarrhea, I would say that you can go drink beer till you feel like you have HIV, because you don't.
But to truly answer your question, a 4 week antibody test is not definitive.

This is whats killing me though. I used a condom, took it off, potentially used it for a minute INSIDE OUT, took it off, put a new one on..
My family doctor was full so I went to a different one who said this is exactly the same as using no condom at all. After much research afterwards I have found that this might not be true...

The Doc says,

"Your HIV counselor is behind the times. Modern HIV blood tests can become positive as few as 10 days after infection and are positive in ~95% of infected persons within 3-4 weeks, reaching ~100% by 6 weeks. (Please nobody hold me to precise numbers--but these are close.) It is almost unheard of for a positive test result to be delayed 3 months and especially 6 months. That was the story until a few years ago, but not now."

CAN I RELAX WITH MY 4week 5-6 day negative???

I don't think there is any data about 4 weeks and 5-6 days. For practical purposes it is 5 weeks. A 5 week negative result is very, very reassuring. Most infected people would show a positive result by week 4, as you quoted. Besides that, vaginal sex is inherently low risk. The risk of getting HIV from unprotected vaginal sex averages around 1 in 2,000 if your partner was infected. Even among busy street walking, injection drug using prostitutes, in most of the US fewer than 5% are infected; and in the most promiscuous non-sex-working women the average prevalence is under 1%. I think you should relax now. The odds are in your favor. If you are still nervous, go ahead and test at 6 weeks. A negative result by then is going to make you relax even more. By week 6 nearly a 100% of infected population would have a positive result .Again, a 5 week negative result, plus all above is very, very reassuring.
