Symptoms or anxiety?

Hey there i'm really going crazy and i need help please, i'm a 20 male , i just moved to south africa and i have never had sex before so it was my first time to have sex with a sex worker and didn't use a condom as it was my first time in my life to have sex and i didn't knew about stds and how popular they are in south africa this was on the 15th of August 2015 and i freaked out i went to a doctor 2 weeks after and tested and results came back negative i was relieved and then started to search the internet again and new about the window period 3months i got worried again and went to a proficional doctor in hiv field and told him my story he told me that i have to test again that was after 8 weeks and i did the rapid test and thank god i got negative result the doctor told me i'm good and i don't have to test nomore but i also waited for the 3 months to pass exactly 11 weeks and retested and i got negative result again thank god i was so relieved and i calmed down but now after 7 months I'm experiencing a white cover on the back of my tongue i don't really know if it's something or i'm just too anxious but i think it's not normal and also swollen neck lymphs i've been cheking then for the whole 7 months as i know they are main symptoms so now i don't really now also if they are really swollen but i had another incident in a club i kissed a girl i don't know and suddenly her nose started bleeding while kissing i don't know if i tasted blood or not but i pushed her away and started running like a crazy man to the toilets and washed my mouth , tongue face and everything million times this was about 3 months ago but then i asked the doctor he said that was no risk . And i also have like a small pimple or something around my anus hole or inside but i feel it while going to the bathroom i don't know if this is hemorrhoid or what , can this by any chance be related to hiv ?
I'm really freakin out i don't know what to do i'm checing every single inch of my body every minute
Should i test again ?
Can this white thing on my tongue be symptoms of hiv appearing so late after 7 months or 3 months from the second incident?

You do not have HIV u tested NEGATIVE

A test after the supposed 1st exposure at 11 weeks considered conclusive.
As for the second "exposure" it posed no risk at all for HIV transmission… Romeo is posting in the HIV forum we do not discuss STD's in this forum. THIS IS NOT AN HIV CONCERN

You tested NEGATIVE This is not HIV related and you should not at all be concerned, go to your doctor and be treated for these problems they are more likely a fungal/bacterial infection nothing to do with HIV
