Is 4th Generation available most places in US?

I know I might be paranoid, but just one more very practical question that is definitely not repeatitive. I worried about the possible break or leak in the condom from SW. I decide to take 4th generation test (=ELISA?) after 4 weeks (two weeks already passed).

But I'm a student, I don't know if my university has the 4th generation, if there's none, I have to wait for a unbearable 3 months. So, is 4th gen quite accessible now in U.S? Does government provide free treatment for insurance covered students?

Thank you so much if you know.

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

Call around to local clinics and hospitals. We can't give you that kind of info.
