Is 4th Generation conclusive at 5-6 week?

Exposure: Protected vaginal sex and oral with CSW. Condom unchecked.

I want to go as soon as possible, now it's over 4 weeks, I can hardly wait another couple of weeks to get my test done. I heard ppl say 4th generation ELISA is very sensitive. I wonder if I go between 5 and 6th week after exposure, will that determine my status.?

I didn't want to mention symptoms since they're unreliable. But I do have lymph node pain 2 days after the exposure, recovered after a week; occasional running nose lasts until now (possibly are just allergy); now after the 4th week, one ulcer or something alike in my gum.
