Worried

Dear Doctor,

Recently, I had sex with a guy but he did put the condom and lube. In the mean time, I also did oral sex and he did *** a bit in my mouth but i did let it stay in my mouth. I am pretty sure that my mouth that time did not have any cut or wound. Therefore, I am a bit worry about to get the HIV infection due to some people said it is high risk to catch HIV from the anal sex. After that, I was worried and I am anxious about to get HIV. By the way, the sex partner is pretty healthy but a bit older than me. Do you think HIV always be older age people like around 36-45?

Beside these, If I would like to run some test, do you think it can be tested 21 days later that the incident happen. I mean by using the CD4 count, RNA or the HIV antibody test or antigen test. Will that result be reliable?

Since i knew that, once the HIV virus get in the body. When infected T helper cells are activated, incorporated HIV DNA is transcribed, producing new infectious HIV particles whenever an immune response occur. The number of CD4 T-cells will drop till below 500 and the normal people will be around 700-1500.

I am pretty concern about whether will I get infected or not.

Thank you

you were never at risk from having condom protected sex and unprotected oral sex.  testing is not needed.
