Is Additional testing required

Single encounter with a prostitute and notice when finished that condom had a hole on the side near the top. I am circumsised but should mention i live in South Africa .
These are the test i have done and the results.
PCR DNA test 5 days- Negative
PCR DNA test 23 days- Negative
Rapid Blood Finger ***** test 6 weeks - Negative
STD's tests 7.5 weeks all came back Negative
Rapid Blood Finger ***** test 9.5 weeks - Negative
Rapid Blood Finger ***** test 12 weeks - Negative

Does being circumsised help my chances of not contracting hiv?
Do i need to do any other test or is this time period conclusive?

12/13 weeks is 3 months.

The US is the only place that uses 13 weeks.
